SMALL PROBLEM

MEDIUM PROBLEM

May be fixed if I talk to Marg 0478 126 614 or Leah 0423 313 450, Senior Managers of FOCAS

BIG PROBLEM

May be fixed if I talk to the Management Committee; board@focas.org.au

VERY BIG PROBLEM

May be fixed if I talk to an Independent Advocate

VERY VERY BIG PROBLEM

May be fixed if I talk to the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission
